~Cleanse your face every night before bed and in the morning !
After cleansing always use your toner to help adjust your PH to where it should be !
(4.5 to 5.5)...Toner will also help to remove any residue left on your face from washing it. Using a cotton pad with toner on it and gently going over the face to remove any residue .
Next apply your serum if you use one and give it time to absorb and dry...
Now apply your moisturizer (a Very important step also) I always use one with hyaluronic acid to help plump & smooth my skin...
With all the nasty toxins causing health problems..I really-really try to use everything I can without toxins or at least the ones with the least amount of toxins possible.
It's really better to get a healthy product ad use it properly than to get something that contains all those nasty harmful toxins !
When using your skincare products just use the amount needed ! Many people use way to much when applying their skincare and makeup ! Not only is it a waste but it's not necessary and the your favorite product does not lst you as long as it should...So follow your products instructions on how to apply.
Exfoliating: I highly recommend using the least abrasive exfoliator possible !
WHY ? Because the more abrasive the bigger chance of scratching the delicate skin and causing damage and irritation or more irritation to already irritated skin.
~Try to get in the habit of drinking a glass of water before bed to help rid your body of toxins.
Most of us think oh I drink plenty of fluid !
NOooo....I am talking about drinking a good glass of good water ! NOT your drinks that have all kind of in it ! Water...water...water !
~Try to get 7-8 hours of good sleep !
So many of us have a hard time getting the proper sleep...SOoooo this may be a tall order for a lot of us...but we really need to find a way to get the best nights sleep possible for our overall health.
Once you make yourself get into a habit and make yourself follow through with it you should see a difference !
